Look what we have been up to!

With Thanksgiving approaching, we focus on giving thanks to our loved ones, honoring our marines who cannot be home for the holidays, and learning about the meaning and history of Thanksgiving! We made stone soup at school, and every child experienced the joy of bringing a vegetable for the soup which then we prepared and enjoyed at school! It was so much fun and very delicious! We celebrated birthdays, and grandparents had lunch with us! Throughout the days, children are challenged to discover and experiment, and to expand their horizons! It is evident in these photos that children are enjoying mastering new challenges and accomplishments, all of which aid in fostering independence, confidence, and leadership skills.
