All Weekly Themes Back by Popular Demand!!!
- “Little Master Chefs Around the World! June 4-8th
During this week, our children will learn about the foods and cultures of different Continents: South America, Europe, North America, Asia, Australia, and they will cook special dishes from parts of these parts of the world. We will discover together why certain foods and dishes are customary in different parts of the world, based on their environment. Unique customs, music and cultural differences will also be introduced. The children will taste dishes from Colombia, Germany, The United States, Thailand, and Australia. We will also talk about important places and history. If you have items or photos relating to any of the continents or countries, please consider sharing them with us for a day. Enriching arts and crafts are incorporated each day as part of our Montessori Summer School program! Daily use of and practice with Montessori materials are an integral part of our Montessori Summer School program.
2.“Make Your Own Masterpieces!” June 11 – 15th
Students will paint with watercolor, draw with chalk, experiment, make collages, mobiles, sculpt, and will make other uniquely creative projects. The children will also learn about impressionists, cubists, expressionists, post-expressionists, and some old masters! This is one of our most popular summer sessions! Daily use of and practice with Montessori materials are an integral part of our Montessori Summer School program.
3.“All about Oceans and Life under the Sea!” June 18-22nd
We will explore the oceans, seas, lakes, and marshes, and what kind of animals live in these bodies of water. Children will learn about sea shells, mollusks, crustaceans, fish, whales, dolphins and fauna, beaches and shores, what benefits the oceans have for us, and what kind of boats and ships we use to navigate the seas! We will have daily arts, crafts, and activities relating to these topics. Please feel free to share information, such as books, photos, and interesting items or short videos with us! This will be a fun and very educational week of exploration and activities!Daily use of and practice with Montessori materials are an integral part of our Montessori Summer School program.
- “Exploring our Universe!”June 25 – 29th
Let’s explore the wonders of our magical universe: Children will learn about planets, stars, meteors, and space explorations of the past! Children will make their own personal planets and rockets which they will be able to take home, and they will gain greater understanding of the world beyond our earth! In addition we will learn about volcanoes and make our own volcano in the classroom! Please feel free to share any photos, books, or interesting items with our class! Daily use of and practice with Montessori materials are an integral part of our Montessori Summer School program.
Summer Program 9:00-12:00 pm , or 9:00-1:00 pm (3-6 year olds)
One week 9:00- noon:$160.00, M-F until 1:00 pm: $185.00, M-F
Two weeks 9:00-noon: $320.00,M-F until 1:00 pm: $365.00, M-F
4 weeks 9:00-noon: $625.00, M-F until 1:00 pm $725.00, M-F
2 weeks 9:00- noon: $195.00,3 days per week until 1:00 pm $250.00, 3 days per weeks
There is a 10 % discount of regular fees for the 2nd child and 20 % for the 3rd child attending any of our programs, M-F.
Summer Camp Fees: 9:00-3:00 PM, Full Day Program (5 years and older)
One Week: 225.00, M-F Two weeks: $450.00, M-F
4 weeks : $825.00, M-F Two weeks: $275.00, 3 days per week
